Our bookkeeping/write up services include taking your financial data from your business operations and reconciling checking, savings, payroll and credit card accounts. We categorize the data in Internal Revenue Service (IRS) acceptable accounts and process Financial Statements on a monthly basis that we review with you in order to ensure your understanding of the current health of your business, review areas that may need further explanation and clarification and point out areas that could be potential money saving expenses for your business.
We also
offer full service bookkeeping that includes bill pay and deposits if this
better suits your needs.
Payroll
Services
Our company provides full service payroll options to our clients. We handle direct deposit, payroll deductions, state and/or Federal garnishments, and certified payroll. We electronically file your Federal and State tax deposits via EFTPS, calculate and process your quarterly employment reports and file year-end W-2’s and 940 reports. Preparation and filing of 1099 forms for contractor services is also available.
Sales Tax Reports
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales tax (and Occupational Privilege Tax) reporting as required by the client's taxing authority.
Tax Services
We prepare individual 1040’s and all supporting schedules, 1041 Estates and Trusts, 709 Gift Tax Returns, 1120 for Corporations, 1120-S for S Corporations, 1065 for Partnerships and LLC’s, 990 for Non-Profit Companies and the respective state returns for the individuals and businesses. We calculate estimated payments when necessary and offer tax planning to our clients.
